Report provides insights into the data within a Box after it has been analysed. 


Once you have set your Box Settings and the AI search has run on the folder, it returns the identified terms within your data according to your selected PII categories, Business Terms and Regular Expressions. These results are then displayed in various formats that make up the Report.


These can then be used to inform tweaks to your Box Settings, provide an understanding of what's contained within a folder, and determine your selections for bulk redaction.


The Duplicates tab displays files that have been identified as duplicates and allows you to deal with them as required.




Where is Report?


Either click the options menu on a Box and select Report or, from within a Box, select Report from the navigation bar.
