December 2025 update

This update focuses on improving stability, fixing critical issues, and enhancing performance for large-scale document handling. We’ve addressed several bugs to ensure smoother workflows and introduced key upgrades for faster exports, greater upload capacity, and broader file compatibility.

• Enhanced Spreadsheet Support

  • Support for up to 100 pages per spreadsheet.
    
    

• Improved PDF Export Performance

  • Combined PDF exports are split into 1,000-page parts for faster, more reliable processing.
  • Optimised multi-PDF exports for improved speed.

• Increased Upload Capacity

  • Upload limit raised from 5 GB to 10 GB.

• Expanded Image Compatibility

Fixes

• File Handling

  • Resolved inconsistent filename alignment.
  • Fixed cropping of under-hanging letters in filenames.
  • Corrected misaligned redactions in exported copies.
  • Bulk redacted boxes are now searchable again.
  • Resolved export issues resulting in empty zip downloads.

• Navigation & Workflow

  • Clicking the page number field no longer locks box navigation arrrows.
  • Workflow templates can no longer be saved with empty steps.
  • One-time Request Tracker & Workflow download limit removed.
  • Document tags can now be edited again.

• Redaction table

  • Redaction table sorting (A–Z descending) displays correct number of results per page.
  • Selecting all terms in one category no longer disables other categories.

• Other

  • Spreadsheet limit bypass via reprocess corrected.
  • Selected dictionary now displays correctly in SmartView when adding terms.
