July 2026 update

This update delivers a number of bug fixes and performance improvements, enhancing the accuracy, stability, and reliability of document processing, redaction workflows, exports, imports, and user management features.

FIXES

• The progress bar now correctly indicates failed redactions during processing. Failed redactions are listed in the Error Report.
• Audit exports now correctly generate highlighted review copies rather than redacted versions.
• Fixed document sequencing in combined PDF exports to ensure split files are assembled in the correct numerical order.
• Resolved issues that could cause combined PDF export jobs to become stuck and never complete.
• Fixed an issue preventing manual redactions from being applied correctly in areas of documents containing pages with different dimensions.
• Improved handling of large documents and redaction workloads to prevent processing failures.
• Resolved redaction and highlighting issues affecting documents with mixed page sizes and orientations.
• Corrected manual redaction placement in generated redacted copies to ensure accurate coverage of sensitive information.
• Fixed Smartview display issues that could cause highlights and redactions to appear to be in incorrect positions.
• Enhanced resilience of bulk redaction processing when encountering unexpected document content.
• Fixed failures affecting file downloads from the Error Report.
• Increased stability of large connector imports and archive processing to reduce the risk of interrupted imports and missing files.
• Fixed email invitation resend failures affecting Single Sign-On (SSO) users.
• Fixed an issue preventing files from being removed from the Duplicates table.
