There are 3 types of users in Smartbox:
- Account owners: they are super-admin, and they can see all what happens within the account. Owners don’t have any management or security restrictions. You can have as many Account Owners as you want, however, they can only be added and deleted by us “the Smartbox team”.
Account owners can add Admins and Users to the account.
- Admins: they are able to invite users and manage user accounts within the system. Admins can be configured within the "Manage Users" area
- Users: they don’t have any management or security privileges. They can only work on boxes.
