Overview

The Clutter page displays the number of Email threads and empty folders that have been identified within a dataset. By 'Decluttering' you can remove all of the empty folders left by your culling operations and any repeated email conversations within a few clicks.

How to remove clutter

1. Navigate to the Clutter tab from within the Culling page.
   
   
2. To remove items in bulk, select the categories you wish to remove and click the "Declutter" button.

   
   

   
   
   
3. Alternatively, click on Email threads or Empty folders to view a list of all the items within the category to allow for closer review and more specific removal.

Preview email threads

1. Hover over a thread to display the preview button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click 'Preview' to view the PDF version of the email.
   
   
   
   
3. The parent thread can also be previewed by clicking on the adjacent button.
