Archive a ticket


Once a ticket has been completed it can be archived and removed from the Dashboard. Only tickets with the "Completed" status can be archived.


From the Dashboard

  1. Click on the status drop-down of a ticket.
  2. Change the status from "Completed" to "Archived". 
  3. The ticket will no longer be displayed in the Dashboard but will instead be in the Archive.

Note: once a ticket has been archived it cannot be re-opened.




The Archive


The Archive is accessed from the navigation menu.



From the archive you can:


Review tickets: click on a ticket and navigate through the various completed steps to review it.



Delete a linked box: If you need to erase the data from a ticket click the options button and then "Delete box".
