Accessing the Dashboard


  1. From Smartbox home, open the application navigation menu and select "Dashboard" under "Workflows".
  2. This leads to the Workflow Dashboard where a list of open tickets will be displayed.




Overview


The Dashboard is the area from which tickets are created, processed and managed. 



1. The number of tickets currently open.

2. Average time between opening and archiving tickets.

3. Tickets opened on a month by month basis.
4. List of open tickets.




1. Create a new ticket.

2. Change number of items displayed.


3. Download a Dashboard report.

4. Search for tickets.
5. Change ticket status


The following information is displayed for each ticket:


ID
The ticket name and number (sequential from 000001)
OwnerThe user assigned to the ticket
WorkflowThe workflow template assigned to the ticket
ReceivedThe opening date of the ticket
Time frameNumber of days remaining to complete the request
BoxIndicates the status of the box linked to the ticket
ProgressThe amount of completion progress on the ticket
StatusWhether the ticket is Open, Archived or Closed
