What are templates?
Templates are configurable elements that can be combined to create custom workflows. By creating various combinations and custom elements, you can design workflows for different types of information requests or other business processes. These templates are assigned to a Workflow ticket to determine the steps that will be followed.
Accessing templates
- Open the application navigation menu.
- Click "Templates" under "Workflows".
Types of template
Workflow: a combination of templates and blocks that define the steps of a process.
Email: custom emails for use internally and externally.
Form: online forms used to capture and collect information for a request.
