The Workflows App is designed to streamline and automate various business processes through customisable templates. These templates can be combined to create workflows tailored to specific information requests or other business needs.



 

Templates

 

Templates are the core components of the app, enabling users to design workflows by combining different elements. There are three main types of templates:

 

  • Workflow Templates: Define the steps and actions required to process a ticket. Created using the workflow builder, these templates allow users to insert steps, select templates, and configure automation options.
  • Email Templates: Custom emails for internal and external communication, categorised into General, Webform, and Disclosure emails. These templates can be personalised using variables and managed through the email template builder.
  • Form Templates: Online forms used to capture and collect information. Built by combining blocks such as text fields, drop-downs, and signature requests, these templates can be customised and managed through the form builder.


Ticketing System

 

The ticketing system is integral to the Workflows App, allowing users to manage and track various requests and processes. Each ticket is assigned a workflow template that dictates the steps and actions required to complete the process. Key features include:

 

  • Creating Tickets: Users can create new tickets and assign them to specific workflows.
  • Tracking Progress: The system tracks the progress of each ticket, displaying the completion status and any pending actions.
  • Managing Tickets: Users can update ticket details, change statuses, and reassign tickets as needed.

  • Automation Options: Apply automations like deduplication and de-threading to streamline processes.
  • Personalisation: Use variables in email templates to personalise communications.

  • Form Builder: Create and customise forms using a variety of blocks to capture necessary information.
  • Email Template Management: Create, edit, and manage email templates with options for personalisation and branding.
