Accessing Templates

  1. Navigate to Templates: 
  • Open the application navigation menu.
  • Click “Templates” under “Workflows”.




Creating Email Templates


  1. Open Email Templates: 
    • Click the plus icon (+) next to the category of email you want to create (General, Webform, Disclosure).
  2. Fill Out Template Details: 
    • Template name: Internal name of the template.
    • Email subject: Subject line displayed to the recipient.
    • Email body: Content of the email.
    • Click “Save” to confirm.


  3. Using Variables: 
    • Insert variables to personalise emails.
    • Variables can be added by clicking from the right-hand panel, typing manually, or copying and pasting.
  4. Configure Email Settings: 
    • Personalise emails with your organisation’s branding (company name, header colour, background colour, logo).





Creating Form Templates


  1. Open Form Templates: 
    • Navigate to the Form Templates page.
    • Click the plus icon (+).
  2. Build the Form: 
    • Enter a name for the template and click “Create”.
    • Use the form builder to insert and configure blocks (e.g., text fields, dropdowns, file uploads).
    • Click “Save” to confirm changes.





Creating Workflow Templates


  1. Open Workflow Templates: 
    • Navigate to the Workflow Template page.
    • Click the plus icon (+).
  2. Build the Workflow: 
    • Enter a name for the template and click “Create”.
    • Use the workflow builder to insert steps and select templates.
    • Configure automation options if needed (e.g., deduplicate, de-thread).
    • Click “Save” to confirm.
