Overview


Clicking on a ticket from the Dashboard will open it in Ticket view. This displays all of the necessary information required to progress and review it.



Ticket View is also the area from which tickets are advanced along the chosen workflow.


The main workspace displays the current step and a preview or review of any content, such as previewing an email send or reviewing a form submission.


Previously completed steps can be returned to at any time for review purposes or if a repeat is required. It is not possible to advance to the next stage without first completing the current one. The “Next” or “Complete” button will remain locked until the required actions are fulfilled.





Ticket header


The header provides an overview of all key information related to a ticket and a way to navigate between different elements.



1. Workflow template

2. Open request details

3. Open linked box

4. Processor name

5. Current step

6. Time frame
7. Ticket status
8. Next / Previous step
9. Close ticket view
