Accessing the Dashboard

Overview
The Dashboard is the area from which tickets are created, processed and managed.
1. The number of tickets currently open. 2. Average time between opening and archiving tickets. | 3. Tickets opened on a month by month basis. 4. List of open tickets. |
1. Create a new ticket. 2. Change number of items displayed. | 3. Download a Dashboard report. 4. Search for tickets. | 5. Change ticket status |
The following information is displayed for each ticket:
ID | The ticket name and number (sequential from 000001) |
Owner | The user assigned to the ticket |
Workflow | The workflow template assigned to the ticket |
Received | The opening date of the ticket |
Time frame | Number of days remaining to complete the request |
Box | Indicates the status of the box linked to the ticket |
Progress | The amount of completion progress on the ticket |
Status | Whether the ticket is Open, Archived or Closed |
