New Features
Single Sign‑On (SSO) with Microsoft
Users can now authenticate using Microsoft SSO for a more seamless login experience.
Data Usage Statistics
Company Settings now includes detailed data usage analytics, providing greater visibility and control over storage and processing consumption.
Enhanced “Select All” Functionality
The “Select all” option now applies to the entire result set—not only the items visible on the current page.
Bulk Redaction Document Counts
Document totals are now displayed in the Bulk Redaction table, improving clarity when working with large datasets.
JSON File Support
The platform now supports JSON files, expanding document compatibility.
Searchable Text in Images
Images processed in the system are now fully text‑searchable, enabling faster discovery and classification.
Box-Level Total Page Counts
The “Box Info” view now displays the total page count for each box, improving at‑a‑glance understanding during review workflows.
BUG FIXES
Corrected timestamp format on the Workflow Disclosure page so “Request Received” now consistently displays in 24‑hour time.
Export error report checks are no longer logged as separate “Latest Activity” entries.
Fixed issues occurring when using 'Only Tagged’ files workflow option.
Export completion reliability improved: Files are now ready for download immediately when exports reach 100%.
Resolved delay between export completion and file download to ensure a smoother experience.
Error report downloads now begin on the first click again—no need to press “Download” twice.
Spreadsheet limits now correctly applied to XSLM file exports.
When exporting a single file as a combined PDF, the filename no longer includes “Part 01”.
Resolved instances where redaction deselections were not applied correctly when filtered by “Redacted”.
Smartview search results flashing indicator has been reimplemented
Correct error messages now appear for password‑protected Word documents.
Text can now be edited properly when adding terms to the dictionary from Smartview.
Loading spinner now appears correctly when removing Clutter.
Keyboard navigation restored on search input fields.
Users can now update their own display names without requiring administrator intervention.
