What do I do if my box is stuck in processing?

If your box is stuck in processing, this means that one or more files are still being processed by the AI.


If the processing is taking too long, you can try to reprocess your data.


There are 2 ways to reprocess the data in Smartbox:


    1- You can reprocess the entire box.


  • To do so, select the box > click on the 3 dots  > select "Reprocess"

    2- You can reprocess the files that are remaining:

 

  • To do so, hover your cursor over the box’s progress bar and check how many files are still processing > navigate through the box and search manually for those files (files that are still processing have a spinner) > select the file > click on the 3 dots > select "Reprocess"
