Where can I find my 6-digit passcode?

Your 6-digit code can be found on your mobile phone in the authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy) you used during MFA setup.

To sign in, open your authentication app and enter the current 6-digit passcode displayed.

This passcode is time-sensitive and will change every 30 seconds, ensuring that only you have access to it.

What are recovery codes?

If you cannot find your 6-digit passcode or no longer have access to your mobile device, you can still sign in to your account by resetting your MFA.

Clicking "Recover" will prompt you to enter a recovery code to reset your account.

When you set up MFA, you will have been provided with a set of one-time-use recovery codes.

Entering one of these codes will enable you to access your account and reset your MFA.

Still unable to sign in?

If you are still unable to sign in (e.g. you no longer have access to your authenticator app and have lost your recovery codes) your MFA can be reset.

For security and verification purposes we cannot do this on your behalf. Instead this must be performed by a colleague with the permissions to do so, such as an Owner or Admin.

If you are the sole Owner in an account, and therefore unable to have someone reset your MFA, please contact [email protected] and we will ask you to verify yourself before performing the reset.
