Multi-factor authentication recovery

If you lose the device you use to authenticate during log in, you must go through the MFA recovery process.

1. Click Recover on the authentication screen after entering your login details

2. Enter one of your recovery codes and you will then be able to reset your MFA

3. If you have also lost your recovery codes, please contact your administrator / account owner and ask them to manually reset your authentication

4. If you are the account owner and have lost your recovery codes please contact support. We will ask you to verify your identity before resetting your authentication.
