When you upload PST, ZIP, or OLM files, Smartbox will unpack them and any existing folder structures will be retained.
The email attachments are also extracted and put in sub-folders so they are independently analysed by the AI.
If you want to see all the files within your box without navigating through all the folders and sub-folders:
- Open your box and click on the filter icon, "Filter by status" >"Analysed"
Please note: when you filter by "Analysed", this will not include the files that have failed to convert or be processed by the AI such as unsupported file types.
All the files that have failed to convert or be processed can be found in the "Error Report" in the "Report" tab.
