To streamline your Subject Access Request processing, you can add an intake form to your website that will feed directly into the Request Tracker.
This process works as follows:
- The subject visits your website and navigates to the intake form
- The subject enters their details and their request
- A new entry is created in the Request Tracker
- You receive an email notification
- The subject receives an email notification
- You process the DSAR in Smartbox
To get the code for your intake form, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. You will be sent an email containing a unique html file to add to your website.
