1. Create a new Box or open an existing one
2. Drag & drop your file(s) straight from your desktop into the work area of your Box
- If you have multiple files, we strongly recommend compressing them all into a single zip file before uploading
4. Your file(s) will begin uploading to Smartbox
- The speed at which they upload is dependent on your ISP
5. Smartbox will automatically unpack your files and any existing folder structures will be retained
