MFA helps safeguard user accounts by requiring more than one authentication method to confirm the person logging in is who they say they are. In the case of Smartbox this consists of an initial email & password and then the use of an authenticator app.
When you log into Smartbox for the first time you will be required to scan a QR code using an authenticator app. Each subsequent time you log in you will be prompted to enter a code which will be generated by your authenticator app. The full guide can be found here.
The owner of your organisation's account can turn global MFA off if required from Company Settings, and individuals can from Profile Settings.
