Smartbox supports the disabling rather than the deletion of users. Deleting a user from Smartbox would impact many records in your account and potentially result in the loss of critical business information.
Disabling removes the user’s login access but preserves all historical activity and records.
Please note:
- only those with Admin permissions or above are able to disable users.
- in order to disable an account Owner they must first be downgraded to a lesser role or you can contact support.
