Coloured redactions

Overview

By default all redactions are coloured black. However, redacting in other colours is also supported through the use of Redaction Colour Profiles.

To select a colour profile for bulk redaction:

On the bulk redaction page click the "Choose redaction colour profile drop-down".
Select the desired colour profile.
Click "Redact" and the redactions will be applied according to the selected profile.

To select a colour profile for redactions in Smartview:

In Smartview click the "AI results" drop-down.
Select "Redactions".
Click the "Choose redaction colour" drop-down and select the desired colour profile.
Any redactions performed using the draw or text select tools will be applied according to the "Smartview" option in the colour profile.

Note: changing the colour profile in Smartview applies the setting to all files within the box.
