Why are my documents not attaching to my SAR process in the Tracker?

Only 'approved' documents are allowed to be attached to the SAR Tracker. This ensures you can eliminate irrelevant/protected documents from disclosure and don't accidentally disclose unreviewed documents. 


You can 'approve' a document in Smartview itself, or you can approve an entire folder.
