The progress bar on my Box is complete, but the indicators on the files are still spinning?

Sometimes it can take a few moments for the spinners on the individual files to catch up or, very occasionally, your files complete but do not realise it.

There are a couple of methods to remedy this:

1. Go to Box Settings and choose Run Analytics to force the AI to refresh results. 

2. Upload another file(s) to the same or different box. This can push hanging files through to a completed state if they haven't done so automatically.
