The Smartbox Request Tracker is an application for completing Subject Access and other Information Requests. This consists of a workflow for tracking the process from start to finish and integration with Smartbox's data processing features.
The workflow is made up of 7 stages in accordance with ICO guidelines for carrying out Subject Access Requests (if you wish to customise this workflow to meet your organisation's specific requirements, please get in touch and we may be able to accommodate your request).
Also included are:
- Customisable email templates to send to a Subject of a request
- ID verification checks
- Timer to ensure deadlines are met
- Secure links to share data with a Subject
To access Request Tracker:
1. Click the application drop-down menu in the top left of the window
2. Select Request Tracker then Dashboard to visit the Dashboard, or choose New Tracker to begin a request immediately.
