One of the key benefits of Smartbox.ai running in the cloud is that heavy-duty processes such as language analysis, bulk-redaction, etc are carried out server-side. This means they are unaffected by your device spec. However, opening large files with much sensitive data (such as large spreadsheets) in the Smartview will be impacted by device performance. As such, devices with lower memory may struggle under the browser load and possibly result in time outs.
