Note: Each ticket is linked to an auto-generated box in Smartbox home. If data is being processed as part of the ticket, please ensure that it is uploaded to the correct box. Data cannot be moved to another box after uploading.
Step 1: Click "New ticket"

Step 2: Enter the ticket details

Note: anything with an asterisk (*) is a mandatory field. Depending on the workflow selected, completing the "Requester details" may or may not be required.
Field descriptions
Time frame | Either "No time limit" or the opening and closing date of the request |
Ticket owner | Smartbox user processing the ticket |
Ticket name | Name of the request (please note: this will be used as the name of the linked Box) |
Workflow | Workflow template to use for the request |
Full name | Subject / recipient name |
Email address | Subject / recipient email address |
Phone number | Subject / recipient phone number |
Request details | Details of the request, such as scope and parameters |
Step 3: Box creation
Once a ticket has been opened a new box will be created in Smartbox home. This box will inherit the name of the ticket and is the box used to upload and process data for the ticket.
Boxes linked to a workflow can be identified by the following icon on them:
