Create Account

1. Verify your email address

• After signing up to Smartbox / after being invited by a colleague you will receive an invitation email (please check your junk/spam folder)
• Click on the link in the email and you will be taken to the set password page
• Choose a password, re-type it to confirm, and click Submit

2. Log in to Smartbox

• Your account will now be activated
• Go to the login page
• Enter your email & password and click Login

3. Finally you will also have to set up multi-factor authentication (unless turned off by your account owner)
