Error report

Any file that fails to process will be marked with a red exclamation mark (!) and listed in the Error Report. This report is generated once a Box has finished processing and provides the tools to manage these files.




Once a Box has a finished processing you can access the Error Report:


  1. Navigate to 'Report' from either the Box options menu on the homescreen or the Report tab on the navigation bar within a Box.
  2. Click the 'Error report' sub-tab to open the report


In the Report you will see a list of file names, their location and an error message.




Please note: files with errors will still be disclosed if included in the data selected for export / disclosure.
