Managing errors
The Error Report has 3 functions to help you manage your failed files:
- Delete
- Reprocess
- Download
To perform these functions, use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select the file(s) you wish to action and click one of the 3 icons.
The actions to take will depend on the files and the scenario, but our recommended steps are:
- Reprocess to try the files again.
- Download any files that have failed again to assess them and / or extract relevant data from.
- Delete any files that are not relevant to your current request or project.
Please note: files with errors will still be disclosed if included in the data selected for export / disclosure.
