Why are my documents missing letters / broken in Smartview ?

If your documents are not displaying as expected in Smartview, this might be caused by your browser's hardware acceleration. Hardware acceleration can sometimes affect the user's visual experience by preventing elements from displaying correctly on the screen.

To disable your hardware acceleration:

  • Open Google Chrome > click on 3 dots at the top right-hand side of your browser > click on “Settings” > click on “System” > disable the “Use Hardware acceleration when available” > clear your caches, close the browser and open it again.
