Overview


The email workflow step is intended as a notification mechanism for external or internal parties. This may be used to update a data subject on the progress of their request or to inform a colleague that a ticket requires their attention.


The email content will appear as defined in the template and will appear to the recipient according to the configured Email Settings.


The step consists of two main elements: email preview on the left and email tracking on the right.

3. Send email
4. Email tracker




How to use


  1. Review the content of the email template and ensure any variables are correctly updated.
  2. Make any last minute adjustments or changes to the template if required.
  3. Click "Send". 
  4. The email tracker will record the date and time of the send.
  5. Click the "Next" button to advance to the next stage.
