Overview


The form step is used to submit data internally, such as to record a customer request or input information for a business process.


The step displays the selected form template and, unlike a web form, is filled out from within the ticket by a processor.




How to use

  1. Fill out the form fields.
  2. Once all mandatory fields have been completed, the "Complete" button will become unlocked.
  3. Click "Complete" to submit the response and advance to the next step.
  4. The form can be returned to at any time for review purposes by navigating back to the step.
